You've set goals before. You meant them.

But no one held you to them — and that's why they didn't stick. You didn't need more motivation. You needed a system.

The GoalGuide Sprint puts the structure, the stakes, and the accountability behind your goal so you actually finish.

Our mission is 100% member success.

Why a deposit? And how does GoalGuide make money?

The $100 deposit is an accountability tool, not revenue. Every dollar is returned when you complete the Sprint. Our founder coaches every member personally because proving this model works is how GoalGuide grows. Future cohorts will run at $300 with certified coaches and 1-on-1 coaching add-ons. Right now, your success is our proof of concept — and our best marketing. We don't succeed when you quit. We succeed when you finish, tell people about it, and we grow.

The 6-Week Sprint

From application to finish line.

A program with accountability that keeps you motivated and in action until you succeed.

Before Day 1
Apply. Get approved. Sign your contract. Make your deposit.

Submit your application with your specific goal — no payment required. Your coach reviews it personally and won't approve you unless your goal is specific, realistic, and worth 6 weeks of your life. If approved, you sign your Commitment Contract and make your $100 deposit to lock in your spot. No vague goals. No moving targets.

Acceptance isn't guaranteed. Your coach reviews every application personally. Only approved members move forward to the contract and deposit.

Members bring goals across all 8 areas from the LifeAudit: Health & Vitality, Emotional Health, Career & Work, Money & Financial Health, Family & Relationships, Love & Intimacy, Growth & Purpose, and Fun, Play & Adventure.

Every Week · Weeks 1–6
The weekly loop that keeps you moving.

Every week follows the same structure. No surprises. No breaks. Your coach is in it with you the entire time.

Monday
Your Playbook arrives. Your coach follows up personally.
A science-backed read tailored to your goal area and your exact week in the Sprint. Your coach reads every check-in and sends you a personal text — specific to what you wrote and what he noticed. You'll also set your task commitments for the week — specific actions tied to your goal.
Tuesday — Thursday
You do the work.
No emails. No check-ins. Just you and your goal — with a signed contract, money on the line, and a coach who already knows your plan. It feels different.
Friday
A short note from your coach.
Just your coach tapping you on the shoulder. What did you commit to this week? Sunday is coming.
The most important 10 minutes of your week.
Did you hit your task commitments? Write what happened. Own it. Set next week's tasks. Hit submit. Another week on the board.

This loop repeats six times. One missed check-in is forgiven. Two and you're out. Exceptions exist for exceptional situations.

Week 6 · Finish
You did it!

Submit your final survey. Your coach reads it and sends you a completion certificate with some final notes. Your deposit is returned in full within 5–7 business days.

The research

Built on decades of behavioral science.

Every element of the Sprint exists because the research said it had to.

G
Gail Matthews · Dominican University
Writing your goals makes you 42% more likely to achieve them.
People who wrote down their goals and shared them with an accountability partner achieved significantly more than those who didn't. Your Commitment Contract puts this into practice on Day 1.
A
Ariely & Wertenbroch · MIT & INSEAD
Financial commitment devices dramatically increase follow-through.
Putting real money on outcomes you control is one of the most powerful behavioral motivators known to science. The refundable deposit isn't a fee — it's a tool.
L
Phillippa Lally · University College London
Consistent repetition — not motivation — is how behavior becomes automatic.
Lally's habit formation research showed sustained, repeated practice is what makes behavior stick. The same structure every week is the mechanism.

Same time, every Sunday. Same structure, every week. Repetition is how behavior becomes identity.

Your coach

Derrick Senior — GoalGuide coach and founder

Derrick Senior

GoalGuide Founder · Your Sprint Coach

Derrick started his first business at 15. Built Selection Unlimited from a Vermont basement to three factories, 100+ distributors, and 60 employees before it was acquired in 2019. Along the way he earned top honors at Xerox Canada, coached youth sports for over a decade, and became a Master Listener on 7 Cups with 70+ verified five-star reviews — strangers trusting him at their most vulnerable, and walking away ready to act.

GoalGuide is the framework he developed over 20 years. The Sprint is where it starts. Every check-in you submit, he reads. Every week, you hear from him directly. That's why the cap is 10.

People don't fail because they lack talent. They fail because they lack structure, accountability, and someone who won't let them off the hook.

Questions

Straight answers.

The Sprint
Who is GoalGuide for?
Anyone who has a meaningful goal they keep circling — something that matters but keeps getting deferred. Members range from career changers to fitness beginners to people rebuilding relationships. The one thing in common: they're done making excuses and ready to actually do it.
Why 6 weeks?
Long enough to build a real habit. Short enough to feel urgent. Research on habit formation shows meaningful behavior change requires sustained effort over at least 6–8 weeks. Every week has a purpose. Every Sunday has a deadline. There's no coasting.
How is this different from other goal programs?
Most programs are self-paced and passive — you're essentially on your own. GoalGuide has four things no off-the-shelf program replicates together: a real coach who reads everything you submit, a weekly Playbook tailored to your goal and week, a refundable financial deposit, and a signed Commitment Contract. Remove any one and it doesn't work.
The Coach
Does my coach actually read every check-in?
Yes. Every one. His personal comments appear in your Monday Playbook the following week — specific to what you wrote, what he observed, and what deserves attention. Every week, without exception. That's why the cohort is 10 members.
Is this one-on-one coaching?
It has coaching at its core — your coach personally reads everything you submit — but this isn't traditional one-on-one coaching. The coach is the accountability layer, not the instruction manual. You bring the goal. The structure delivers the result.
Check-ins & The Deposit
What happens if I miss a check-in?
One missed check-in is forgiven. Miss two and you're removed from the Sprint. Exceptions exist for exceptional situations — contact your coach before the deadline.
Is the deposit actually refunded?
Yes — in full, within 5–7 business days — if you complete 5 of 6 weekly check-ins and submit your final survey by end of Week 6. The deposit isn't revenue. It's skin in the game.
Where does the money go if I quit?
If you quit or miss two check-ins, your deposit is forfeited. We don't succeed when you quit. We succeed when you finish, tell people about it, and we grow. Our entire model depends on member success.
Why is the founding rate only $100?
This is a founding pilot — 10 members, one coach, six weeks.
Joining
Is acceptance guaranteed?
No. Applications are reviewed personally by your coach. If you're not approved, you won't be asked to pay. The deposit is only collected after approval and contract signing.
When does it start?
Your Sprint starts the Monday after you're approved, sign your contract, and make your deposit. Applications are always open. 10 founding member spots at $100. Standard pricing of $300 applies to future cohorts.
Do I need to take the LifeAudit first?
Strongly recommended. The LifeAudit helps you identify your highest-priority life area and build a specific, measurable IdealGoal before applying. Members who come in with a clear goal start stronger. Take the free LifeAudit here.
